We handle the booking, you watch the show
At the foot of Mount Li, by the Huaqing springs. Where the Rainbow Robe dance unfolds, the Tang shines in its golden age; where the war drums come, the age sinks into turmoil. A live epic of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei — their love and grief, and the glory and fall of the great Tang.

Guest Acclaim
Compiled from official press releases and reputable media coverage
“Launched by Shaanxi Tourism Group in 2006, based on Bai Juyi's masterpiece poem and staged at Huaqing Palace — where the story actually happened.”
“Mount Li as the backdrop and the Nine Dragons Lake as the stage create a six-dimensional outdoor performance space, placing the audience inside the historical moment.”
“Together with mountain-starfield, valley mist and cliff-projection effects, it renders the grandeur of the Tang dynasty against Mount Li at night.”
“All outdoor equipment is concealed — the seating disappears between the hillside and the shoreline, leaving no visible machinery.”

FAQ
Is the Longest Sorrow ticket the same as the Huaqing Palace admission?
No — they are two entirely separate tickets. The show ticket is for 《长恨歌》; the scenic-area ticket is for Huaqing Palace and the Tang hot-spring site. Coming only for the show: your show ticket alone gets you into the Nine Dragons Lake performance area during the show window, with no separate scenic-area ticket needed, but it does not admit you to tour the park. To tour the park you need a separate admission ticket (park hours 07:30–17:00, west gate / Wangjing Gate); a park ticket alone will not get you into the show.
Do children need a ticket? Are there discounts?
Height decides: children 1.3 m tall and under enter free (no seat, with a guardian), and each ticketed adult may bring one; over 1.3 m needs a ticket. As a commercial show there are no discounts for students, seniors, military or any other group.
How do I book? What payment methods are supported?
Tap "Book Now" to add our customer-service WeChat, then pay after confirming your date, show and zone — WeChat Pay and Alipay are both accepted.
What are the showtimes and prices?
Since October 19, 2026 the regular slots are 18:30 / 19:55 / 21:20 / 22:45. Zones are Central, East-West A and East-West B; in the official November fan offer the Central zone runs from ¥289 to ¥359. Check the park's daily schedule and official announcements for the exact figures.
What documents do I need for the show?
Booking is real-name and ticket and ID must match. ID-card bookings need no paper ticket — scan the original ID at the gate. If you booked with a passport or a Mainland Travel Permit, collect a paper ticket at the ticketing counter first, then enter with the ticket and the original document.
Can I take photos?
No. It is an immersive show across Mount Li and the Nine Dragons Lake water stage — we suggest giving it your full attention. Photography and filming are prohibited throughout, and professional cameras and drones are not allowed in.
