Nature of this site

We are a third-party ticketing consultancy offering booking advice and reservation help for 《长恨歌》. We are not the official box office. Showtimes, prices, promotions and the running order follow official announcements, and we make no commitment on the producer’s behalf.

What we do

Showtime and availability advice, placing the order on your behalf, ticket issuance notices and after-sales support. Availability is confirmed via WeChat; in peak season and holidays, book early.

Prices and promotions

List and promotional prices shown are the officially published activity prices and the offer has an expiry date. Once it ends, or if fares or schedules change, the live official price prevails.

Refunds

  • Full refund before 12:00 the day prior to the show; no refund or change after that.
  • Force majeure cancellations: full refund without fee, or free rescheduling to another available show.
  • If issuance fails, you get a full refund.

Ticketing rules

Real-name booking; ticket, ID and person must match; tickets are for the buyer only and cannot be transferred. Bring the ID used for booking.
