• Real-name：Tickets are issued in the name of each attendee: real-name booking, ticket and ID must match. ID-card bookings need no paper ticket — just scan the original ID at the gate. Bookings made with a passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, Permanent Resident ID Card for foreigners, or Residence Permit for Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan residents must first collect a paper ticket at the ticketing counter, then enter with the ticket and the original document.
• Seating：The show is staged across Mount Li's natural amphitheatre and the Nine Dragons Lake water stage — **you may choose a zone but not a specific seat**. After issuance the seat is locked immediately and cannot be changed; seats in one order may not be adjacent.
• Refund & change：Our refund policy: a full refund can be requested before 12:00 the day prior to the show; no refund or change after that. If the show is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, a full refund without fee or free rescheduling to another available show is supported. If issuance fails, you get a full refund.
• Children：One ticket per person, drawn by height: **children 1.3 m tall and under** may enter free of charge (no seat, must be accompanied by a guardian throughout), and **each ticketed adult may bring one**; **those over 1.3 m** need a ticket. As a commercial show, 《长恨歌》 offers **no discounts for students, seniors, military or any other group**, and no special passenger policy.
• Late arrival：This is an open-air show with staggered entry managed by on-site staff — **no entry is arranged once the show has started**. The official guidance is to **be in your seat at least 20 minutes before the show**, and queues for security normally form **an hour before curtain-up**, so leave extra time on later shows.
