Entry Guide
Save this for the day: how to get in, whether you need to collect a ticket, whether your child needs one, and whether you may take photos. Just follow it on site.
Entry
- Book in advance with each attendee’s real ID details (real-name ticketing).
- Collect your ticket if needed: ID-card bookings need no paper ticket — scan the original ID at the gate. Passports, Mainland Travel Permits, Permanent Resident ID Cards and Residence Permits must be collected as a paper ticket at the ticketing counter first.
- Two separate checks: the scenic-area admission and the show ticket are verified separately — bring both.
- Seating: check-in opens about 40 minutes before the show; follow staff to your zone.
Rules
- Real-name entry: ticket, ID and person must match; tickets cannot be transferred.
- Children: under 1.2 m enters free (no seat, with a guardian); 1.2 m and above needs a ticket.
- No discounts for students, seniors or military — it is a commercial show.
- No photography or filming, no drones.
- Dress warmly: outdoors on Mount Li; bring flat shoes and no large luggage.
- Late arrival: no entry once the show has started — arrive 40 minutes early.
- Safety: steps and low-lying water in the outdoor seating area; keep children and elderly companions close.
Refunds
Full refund before 12:00 the day prior to the show; no refund or change after. Force majeure cancellations are fully refunded or rescheduled free of charge.
